"So that they may all be one. Just as you, Father, are in me and I am in you..." (John 17:21)

  • Idea

Love one another. You can not love other people, without loving yourself. My own "Me" is a beginning to perceive the world. Common feeling with others starts from learning it on our cost. This, how we find ourselves and what kind of feelings we have to ourselves, has an influence on our attitude towards other people.
Our body is a gift from God, it is a temple of Holy Spirit. It is an instrument to do all the duties assigned to us and that is why we need to take care of our bodies.
The body, as God's creation, is perfect. In each its imperfection is hidden the sense of the way to the personal holiness. We learn to discover this sense. We protect our bodies, because owing to them, we can live and we perceive the world, our neighbours, we experience a wide spectrum of feelings. At the same time we practice humility towards natural limitations and frailness of a human body, towards passing away, disease and our final destiny which is death leading to resurrection.

  • Realization of the ideas

We practise and promote the lifestyle where the respect for our bodies and the maintenance of health play an important role. We discover and learn what brings possitive and what harmful effects on our bodies. We aim to set up the center where we will provide a wide variety of physical activities. We wish the participians would not be motivated by the inclination to compete, but by the wish to experience joy while having fun together and to develop the physical abilities.

During the realization of the idea of volunteering we pay special attention to people who need our support. Among them there are lot of people who suffer by reason of ill-health, old age or other disadvantage. At the same time when we are helping them, we become more sensitive to aspects of human physical appearance.

The physical appearance and other physical matters become a subject raised by our theatrical performers within the series of theatrical performances called "Education through theater".

We would like to work up and to organize periodical empathy workshops where various methods for group integration will be used. The aim of the workshop will be to increase our sensitivity, to improve respect for others and to develop our empathy, finally focusing more attention to everything what surrounds us.
